Booking conditions

Initial Payment: 30% • Security Deposit: 200€ • max. 8 person
The so-called visitors tax, valid since 1 July 2016, must be paid in cash to the finca landlord on day of arrival.

Included service for your stay:

  • For a child up to 2 years, 1 baby cot & 1 high chair are available free of charge
  • Bed linen, shower towel and pool towel are available free of charge
  • Final cleaning
  • Air conditioning in the bedrooms
  • WIFI (high speed fibre optic network)

Deposit, payable cash in cash on arrival: 200€ (refundable in cash on departure day if the property is returned free of defects)
